Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between (not set yet) ("we", "us") and the business or person that uses oda7 ("you"). By creating an account or using oda7, you agree to them. If you use oda7 for a company, you confirm you may agree for that company.

1. The Service

oda7 is online software for sales and marketing teams: managing leads, calls, messages, campaigns, funnels, teams, attendance, payroll and reports, and connecting other tools. We may improve, change or stop features over time. We will tell you before we remove a feature you pay for.

2. Accounts

• Give true and current details, and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and your team's accounts.
• Tell us at once at (not set yet) if you think your account is misused.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use oda7.

3. Your data

You own the data you and your team put into oda7 ("Your Data"), including your leads' details. You give us permission to store and process Your Data only to run the Service for you, as our Privacy Policy explains. You can export Your Data while your account is active.

You are responsible for having the right to use Your Data. In particular, when you collect, call or message people, you must have their consent where the law needs it, respect "do not contact" requests, and follow the rules that apply to you (such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and TRAI rules for calls and messages).

4. Acceptable use

Do not use oda7 to:

• send spam, or call or message people who did not agree to it where consent is needed;
• break any law, or the rights of others;
• upload malware, or try to break into, overload or copy the Service;
• share your sign-in with people outside your team, or resell the Service without our written approval.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why.

5. Other tools you connect

oda7 can connect to other services, such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp tools, email tools, telephony providers and Zapier. Your use of those services follows their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and a change on their side can affect a connection.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude GST unless stated. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we say so in writing. If a payment fails, we may limit the account after telling you.

7. Our property

oda7, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the Service; they do not give you ownership of it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep oda7 running and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may do planned maintenance and will try to tell you in advance.

9. Limits on our responsibility

The Service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data you did not back up, or lost business. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using oda7 and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the Service for you if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After an account closes, you can ask for an export of Your Data within 30 days; after that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell account holders before they take effect. If you keep using oda7 after that, you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office: (not set yet). We will first try to solve any problem with you directly.
